Your usage data stays on your own devices.

Provider accounts

You connect your own Codex and Claude accounts. The app sends your requests only to that connected provider (OpenAI/ChatGPT or Anthropic/Claude) to read your usage. It does not send your usage data to us or other companies.

You can disconnect a provider at any time in Settings. Uninstalling this app does not delete a provider's saved Keychain credential or your synced iCloud usage history; disconnect and clear history first if you want those removed.

Storage & usage data

Usage data — provider name, usage percentage, reset time and the connected account's identifier — is stored on your device so the app can show history. Samples older than 365 days are removed automatically. On iPhone and iPad, the most recent usage view is also cached locally so it can appear immediately during a refresh; this cache is removed when you disconnect that provider. Preferences such as enabled providers, selected accounts, refresh interval and notifications are saved on your device. The app does not automatically send us usage reports.

iCloud sync

Usage history syncs privately across your own devices through Apple's CloudKit, using your private iCloud database. The app reads it only on devices signed in to that iCloud account; we have no server that reads it. Each device's history stays tagged to the account it was recorded under, so it cannot merge into another account's history.

User controls

In Settings, you can disconnect a provider or clear usage history at any time. Disconnecting removes the saved credential from the Keychain and requests removal of that provider's website data. Clearing history removes the local copy and the synced iCloud copy; if the iCloud deletion fails, the app tries again on a later refresh.

Third-party services

OpenAI/ChatGPT and Anthropic/Claude process your requests to their services under their own privacy policies and terms. Apple's iCloud/CloudKit processes usage-history sync under Apple's privacy policy and terms. We do not control these services.
